Not happy? That's no fun

All Oppi babywear is handmade. Although we take great care to ensure everything is finished to the highest standard - we're still only human!

If you're not completely happy with your Oppi product, please get in touch and we will do whatever we can to make things better again.

A few reassuring things to remember:

Product runs are small, for a reason. Therefore prints and patterns may vary from the photo due to the pattern cutting layout. For Oppi shoes, the layout of fabric means that each individual shoe is unique, even within a pair.

All calico is Fairtrade or fairly traded, handwoven and unbleached. Flecks of colour and raised threads are part of the natural charm of the fabric and need not be seen as flaws. However, if you think that these interfere too much with the character of the garment, we'll happily take the item back again, and issue you a refund. Just ensure they're in their original packaging, unused, untampered with and unworn.

If you wish to replace the Oppi item with a new one, please be aware that we may not be able to replace like-fabric for like-fabric due to short product runs. If this is the case - let's talk about what you would like to happen.
